The idea started as a complaint: the clothes that feel good rarely look like much, and the clothes that look considered are miserable to wear by hour three. We never thought that trade-off was necessary.

So we make the other thing. Soft hands, unstructured shoulders, hidden elastic where a waistband would usually dig in — cut so it reads as though you thought about it.

Dressed like you tried. Comfortable like you didn't.

Everything goes with everything

We hold one palette across every category — black, brown, beige, navy, burgundy, grey — and one language of shapes. That isn't a style preference, it's the whole point. Pick any three things from us and they work together. You can't get it wrong, which is the only promise in fashion worth making.

How our pieces are made

We work with manufacturing partners in Asia, chosen for the quality of what they produce and for keeping our prices where they are. We are not a heritage house and we don't pretend to be one. We would rather put the money into the fabric than into a story about it.

Where a supplier gives us an exact composition, we publish it on the product page. Where we are still confirming it, we leave it off rather than guess.

Who we are

Bisous & Co. is operated by VISION-ONLINE WORLD LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong, and we ship across the United States. We are a small team — which is why a real person reads your email and answers it, usually within one business day.

If it isn't right

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Change-of-mind returns are settled as an exchange or as store credit — issued as soon as we approve it, worth the full amount you paid, and it never expires. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and depending on the item we may tell you not to bother sending it back at all.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't what you ordered, that one is on us: we replace it or refund you in full to your original payment method, and we don't ask you to ship it back. Full details in our Refund Policy.
