SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to the Bisous & Co. text message program (the “Program”), operated by VISION-ONLINE WORLD LIMITED (“Bisous & Co.”, “we”, “us”).
What you’ll receive
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from and on behalf of Bisous & Co. at the mobile number you provide, even if that number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may include new arrivals, offers and promotions, back-in-stock alerts and reminders about items left in your cart. You may also receive messages about your orders. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency varies.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and submitting a sign-up form on our website, by checking the SMS box at checkout, or by texting a keyword to our number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission. The Program is available to U.S. mobile numbers only.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Bisous & Co. does not charge for text messages; check your mobile plan with your wireless provider for details.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message you receive from us to cancel. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers and your number
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and coverage. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up again with the new number.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the service providers that send messages on our behalf, solely to operate the Program. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.
Changes
We may change these terms or the phone number we use to send messages at any time. If we change the number, we will let you know; messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a number we no longer use may not be received. Continuing to receive messages after a change to these terms means you accept the updated terms. Our Terms of Service also apply.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any message sent through the Program, for errors in any message, or for any action you take or do not take in reliance on a message.
