A closed, round toe in a soft, matte faux suede, with one stitched seam down the center. A wide band of long cream faux fur folds over the opening and goes all the way around, heel included, so the edge that touches your ankle is fur. The same cream plush lines the whole inside, insole included. The back is low and open: you step in without bending down. Underneath, a thin, flat sole, stitched all around.

US women's sizes; each size covers two EU foot sizes on the maker's chart: US 5-5.5 = EU 34-35 · US 6-7 = EU 36-37 · US 8-8.5 = EU 38-39 · US 9-9.5 = EU 40-41 · US 10.5-11.5 = EU 42-43 · US 12-13 = EU 44-45. Above a US 8.5 the maker gives men's sizes, converted here (a men's 7.5-8 is a women's 9-9.5). The label printed inside reads two sizes up (a 36-37 label fits EU 34-35): that is how the maker marks them. Between two sizes, or with a narrow foot, take the smaller one: a backless slipper should fit snug, or your heel slides out of the back. Don't size up for the plush.

Care

Spot clean the upper with a damp cloth and let the pair air dry, away from a heater. Brush the collar gently with a soft brush now and then to keep it fluffy. Made for the house: keep them away from rain, snow and road salt.

Will my heel slip out of the back?

Only if the pair is too big, which is why we say take the smaller size. If your heel lifts out when you walk, exchange them for the size below.
Is there memory foam in the sole?

No. The softness comes from the cream plush that lines the whole inside, insole included, over a thin, flat stitched sole.
Can I wear them outside?

They’re made for the house. The sole is thin and flat, so they aren’t made for rain, snow or long walks.
Is it real fur? Real suede?

No. The upper is a polyester faux suede, and the collar and lining are polyester faux fur and plush.
How do I keep the collar fluffy?

Brush it gently with a soft brush now and then. If it gets wet, let it air dry away from a heater, then brush it again.
Can I return or exchange them?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their packaging: another size or color, or store credit. Return shipping is on you. Anything that arrives damaged or defective is on us.
