Questions people ask before they buy
What size should I take?
True to size, cut relaxed through the body. It runs S to L only — we would rather tell you here than have you find out at checkout. If you are usually an XL, this one will be close rather than relaxed.
Is it warm enough on its own?
It is a fine-gauge knit, so it is a layering sweater first. On its own it carries an office and a mild day; its real job is to be the thing your coat closes over.
Does the mock neck feel tight?
No. It is short and ribbed, so it sits against the throat rather than gripping it. If a full turtleneck makes you feel closed in, this is the version that does not.
Will it pill?
Where it rubs, like any knit — a bag strap, a seatbelt. Cold wash, reshape, dry flat, and keep it out of the dryer. A fabric shaver handles the rest in a minute.
Beige or black?
Beige is the one that reads soft and photographs warm. Black is the one that disappears under everything and does the most work in a wardrobe. Both come out of the locked palette.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes — thirty days from the day it lands on your doorstep. Anything damaged or defective is replaced or refunded in full, and we won’t ask you to ship it back.
