Questions people ask before they buy
What size should I take?
True to size, US 5 to 9.5. The toe is pointed, so if you are between half sizes or have a wider foot, take the half size up — the slingback strap takes up any slack at the back.
How high is the heel, really?
Two inches, and it is a block rather than a point. That is the difference between a heel you stand in and a heel you perch on.
Does the strap slip off the heel?
It sits behind the heel rather than over it, which is what keeps it in place while you walk. If your heel is narrow it can move on the first few wears before it settles — that is normal for a slingback, and if it does not settle you have thirty days.
Can I wear them all day?
Honestly: they are a dinner-and-a-room shoe, not a walk-across-town shoe. Two inches is forgiving but it is still two inches. If you want something for a full day on your feet, this is not it.
Black or brown?
Black is the one that goes with everything and disappears under a trouser. Brown is the one that reads less formal and works with denim — and it is the shade that runs through the bags.
How do I clean them?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. The croc-embossed surface hides scuffs better than a smooth finish, and it does not need feeding or conditioning.
Can I return or exchange them?
Yes — thirty days from the day they land on your doorstep. Anything damaged or defective is replaced or refunded in full, and we won’t ask you to ship it back.
