Questions people ask before they buy
What size should I take?
True to size. The waist is elastic, so it forgives a half size in either direction — take your usual and the leg will fall where it does in the photos.
Do they actually stay put, or do they ride up?
That is the reason the waist is shirred rather than banded. A hard waistband anchors in one spot and the fabric climbs; an elastic one travels with you. It is the single most common complaint about this kind of trouser and it is the thing we would not compromise on.
Are they see-through when I sit down?
Not in the darker colors. In the lightest shades, under strong direct light, a little — so if you wear them to work under fluorescents, take one of the deeper colors.
Do they have pockets?
Yes. Real ones, in the side seam, deep enough for a phone.
Can I dress them up?
That is what the straight leg and the cropped ankle are for. With a flat they read casual; with a heel and a collar they read like a tailored trouser. The elastic waist is the only part that is not dressy, and it is the part nobody sees.
Ten colors is a lot. Where do I start?
Black and Navy disappear into everything and are the ones you will wear most. Burgundy and Khaki are the ones that make the outfit. The rest are seasonal.
Can I return or exchange them?
Yes — thirty days from the day they land on your doorstep. Anything damaged or defective is replaced or refunded in full, and we won’t ask you to ship it back.
