Questions people ask before they buy
What actually fits inside?
Your phone, wallet, keys and sunglasses —. It measures 8.1″ × 7.9″ × 4.5″. A 13″ laptop does not fit — for that day, The Autumn Bag.
How do the two straps work?
Two metal clips, one at each end. Unclip one strap, clip the other — about five seconds, no tools.
Both come in the box: the long one goes over the head and sits at the hip, the short one rides on the shoulder. Or take both off and carry it by the flap.
Will things fall out when I lean over?
No. The zip runs the whole top, and the flap snaps shut over the zip. Closed is closed — we tip it, nothing moves.
Is it too small? Is there a bigger one?
It’s a mini, on purpose — the bag for the pocket things, not the laptop day. If your day needs more, The Autumn Bag holds a laptop and still folds against the body.
Does it hold its shape, or does it slump?
The flap is structured; the body is soft and takes the shape of what’s in it. Fill it once and it takes its shape.
Will the color match the photos?
Screens shift color — a beige on one phone is a different beige on the next. If the shade is not what you expected when you open the box, swap it within thirty days.
Can I clean it?
Wipe with a damp cloth, air-dry away from a radiator. It’s a fabric bag — treat it like one.
Which bag is mine — this one, The Autumn Bag or The New York Bag?
The Autumn Bag is the workday: laptop, shoulder, room for everything. The New York Bag is the shape — a structured crescent that holds a full day. This one is the one that changes: crossbody, shoulder, or carried by hand.
