A clog with a back, lined like a slipper.

A low clog with a big round toe, in a soft, matte faux suede. The back is closed: it wraps your heel, and a cream faux-fur rim runs all the way around the opening, heel included. Inside, the same cream plush lines the whole shoe, insole included. One strap crosses the instep and fastens on the outside of the foot with a small square brass-tone buckle. Underneath, a flat black rubber sole.

US sizes, on the maker's chart; the label inside reads the EU size: US 5 = 36 · 37 = US 6 · 38 = US 7 · 39 = US 8 · 40 = US 9 · 41 = US 10 · 42 = US 11 · 43 = US 12, with insole lengths from 9 in (36) to 10 3/8 in (43), a quarter inch per size. Measure your foot standing, heel to longest toe, and pick an insole at least a quarter inch longer. Between two sizes, take the size up: the plush lining takes a little room, and the shoe is closed at the toe and at the heel. If your heel lifts when you walk, the pair is too long: exchange it for the size below.
30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Send them back unworn, with their tags and packaging, and choose an exchange for another size or color, or store credit for the full amount you paid. Store credit never expires.

Brush the upper gently with a soft brush once it is dry. Keep the pair away from rain, snow and road salt. The cream rim shows dust: a soft brush lifts it. Let the plush air out between wears.

Will my heel slip out?

The closed back wraps your heel and the strap crosses your instep. If your heel still lifts when you walk, exchange the pair for the size below.
Is it comfortable to walk in?

It’s made for errands and short trips out: a flat rubber sole with plush on top. There’s no arch support built in.
Does it look like a slipper?

No. A big round toe, a strap with a buckle and a black rubber sole. The faux fur only shows at the rim.
Is it suede? Is it real fur?

Neither. The upper is a microfiber faux suede, and the rim and lining are a cream faux-fur plush.
Can I wear them in rain or snow?

No. They’re made for cold, dry days in town. On a wet or snowy day, keep your boots.
Will the faux fur stay nice?

Cream shows dust, so brush the rim with a soft brush and keep the pair away from mud and road salt.
