A ballet flat, lined for winter.

A low-cut ballet flat in a soft brushed finish. Inside, cream plush covers the insole and the heel. At the top, it rises above the edge as a cream rim you can see all the way around. A small bow in the same color sits at the front, on a thin flat black sole. It slips on, with nothing to fasten.

US sizes, on the maker's chart; the label inside reads the EU size: US 5 = EU 36 · 37 = US 6 · 38 = US 7 · 39 = US 8 · 40 = US 9 · 41 = US 10 · 42 = US 11 · 43 = US 12, with insole lengths from 9 in (36) to 10 3/8 in (43), a quarter inch per size. Measure your foot standing, heel to longest toe, and pick an insole at least a quarter inch longer. Between two sizes, take the size up. Don't size up just for the plush: a lined slip-on should feel snug at the heel on day one, with room for your toes. If your heel lifts when you walk, exchange it for the size below.
30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Send them back unworn, with their tags and packaging, and choose an exchange for another size or color, or store credit for the full amount you paid. Store credit never expires.

Care

Brush the upper gently with a soft brush once it is dry. Keep the pair away from rain, snow and slush. Let the plush air out between wears. The cream plush shows dust: a soft brush lifts it.

Will it stay on without a strap?

The fit at the heel holds it, so it should feel snug there from the first day. If your heel lifts out when you walk, exchange it for the size below.
Will the back rub my heel?

The plush runs all the way up the back to the rim, so your heel rests on plush, not on a bare edge.
Does it look like a slipper?

It’s built like a ballet flat: a low cut, a small bow, a thin black sole. The plush only shows at the edge.
Can I wear socks with them?

You don’t need to: the plush is the sock. Thin socks or tights work. A thick sock may need the larger size.
Is it suede? Is it real fur?
