Questions people ask before they buy
What actually fits inside?
A laptop, a folder, a water bottle and the usual pocket things, with room left over. It is a day bag rather than a weekend bag — roomy, but it will not swallow a change of clothes.
Does it keep its shape, or does it slump?
It slumps on purpose. The body is soft so it folds against your side instead of holding a rigid box away from it. Empty, it relaxes; loaded, it takes the shape of what is in it.
Does the strap fit over a coat?
Yes — it is cut for shoulder carry over a layer, which is the point in October. It is not a crossbody, so it sits on the shoulder rather than across the chest.
Ten colors is a lot. Which one?
They all come out of the same locked palette, so none of them will fight your closet. Black and Brown are the ones that vanish into everything; Burgundy is the one people notice, and it is the shade that also runs through the flats and the knitwear.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a soft dry cloth. For a mark, a barely damp cloth and then let it dry away from a radiator. No machine, no solvent.
Is there a logo anywhere on it?
No. Not on the outside, not on the strap, not on a plaque. That is deliberate — a bag that has to announce whose it is has already told you what it is worried about.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes — thirty days from the day it lands on your doorstep. Anything damaged or defective is replaced or refunded in full, and we won’t ask you to ship it back.
